What is your return and exchange policy?
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on lingerie and nightwear once the product is delivered. However, exchanges are eligible for damaged or incorrect products received. You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate an exchange.

We deliver across India. Orders are processed within 1-3 working days, and delivery typically takes 4-7 working days, depending on your location. Shipping is free for orders above ₹999; otherwise, a flat fee of ₹60 applies.
